Welcome!  My name is Steve Brink, father of 5, husband to 1.  My beautiful wife, Mary-Ellen, and I have been married for 18 years and together for 24.  We have 5 wonderful, challenging children.  Stevie is 15, Derek is 13, Ean is 11, Marissa is 9, and Meredith is 7.  

I graduated from Juniata College with a degree in IT.  I have also earned my Masters Degree from Bloomsburg University in Instructional Technology.  I started my career working for an IT Consulting Firm in Bloomsburg, PA.  After a few years of supporting the small businesses of Bloomsburg, I was offered a position at Geisinger Health System in 2007 as a product line analysis.  I supported different application in the finance, security, and environmental controls areas.  In 2011, I changed roles and took over responsibility of the Data Centers at Geisinger.  During that time, folks came and went at Geisinger over some other areas within IT.  I was offered the chance to move my career forward as a Director and took over responsibility for the Geisinger network and voice teams, as well as hiring a new lead for the data centers for the day-to-day operations.

It was during the last 3 years as a Director that I have had the opportunity to focus on leadership and life coaching trainings.  No longer responsible for day-to-day IT needs, I was able to focus on the human aspects of running a team.  I have had the opportunity to learn from some amazing leaders, including Cy Wakeman.  The foundation of my trainings is based on Cy’s core philosophies.
